Hardie Grant is one of the world’s leading independent media and publishing companies; we’re in the ideas business.
Since 1997, we’ve been creating culture, sharing stories, and re-imagining the way brands connect with audiences. We help emerging ideas thrive.
“It’s about being in touch with the zeitgeist, being creative, and always staying ahead of the curve” - Sandy Grant, CEO and Chair.
Diversified
We're a diversified media, marketing and publishing business. We work for clients, creating video, audio, PR and events, digital and content marketing campaigns and creative and brand strategy. We own and manage digital media brands. We publish hundreds of new books each year across many categories and we represent a range of leading international publishers in ANZ.
Impactful
We're committed to a culture that's inclusive, equitable and innovative. Our Diversity Committee seeks to promote diversity and inclusion, we're very involved in the movement towards Reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and have a strong First Nations publishing list. We work with CareerTrackers to offer Indigenous internships, offer First Nations roles, and have an accredited Reconciliation Action Plan.
People focused
Since 1997, the company’s founders, along with many trusted long-term staff and partners, have remained with the business and continue to lead us into the future. Our strategy places people - their development and empowerment - at its core and we have a raft of initiatives underway investing in our team.
Ever evolving
We remain proudly independent, Australian and family owned. We pride ourselves on continually evolving what we do and how we do it, embracing digital media and technology, AI and innovation.
