We're committed to a culture that's inclusive, equitable and innovative. Our Diversity Committee seeks to promote diversity and inclusion, we're very involved in the movement towards Reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and have a strong First Nations publishing list. We work with CareerTrackers to offer Indigenous internships, offer First Nations roles, and have an accredited Reconciliation Action Plan.

People focused

Since 1997, the company’s founders, along with many trusted long-term staff and partners, have remained with the business and continue to lead us into the future. Our strategy places people - their development and empowerment - at its core and we have a raft of initiatives underway investing in our team.
